Two Slow-Release Magnesium Supplements to Consider
Frances Koepnick wrote about the new magnesium product called ReMag Magnesium Solution. It was created by Dr. Carolyn Dean, author of The Magnesium Miracle (great book). The label states it’s 100% absorbed at the cellular level (sounds good) with no laxative effects (even better). Read more on Dr. Dean’s website. I can’t find any independent reviews on ReMag Magnesium Solution. Has anyone else tried it? Email me.
Another magnesium product we’ve read about is JigSaw Magnesium w/SRT, a slow-release formula recommended by Dennis Goodman, MD, cardiologist and director of integrative medicine, NYU School of Medicine as quoted in Bottom Line Personal, Jan. 15, 2015 issue. Available from Amazon.com. (For more see the Amazon.com review below.) Both of these products are on the pricey side, so weight the advantages against the costs carefully.
